AI handles everything from player discovery and skill-based matchmaking to venue coordination and payments, making it seamless to just show up and play.
Role Description
This is a on-site role located in Mountain View, CA, for a Head of Global Operations and Partnerships.
The Head of Operations and Partnerships will be responsible for scaling and optimizing the company's day-to-day game operations, ensuring operational excellence, and building our strategic partnership ecosystem and leading user acquisition efforts. Daily tasks include designing and refining operational playbooks, managing and training a growing operations team, identifying and onboarding new venue partners, managing partner relationships, and collaborating with the founder to develop growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
- Experience in Marketing, Growth Hacking, or User Acquisition
- Operations Management and Operational Excellence experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
- Experience in Partnership Management or Business Development
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or consumer tech environment is a plus
- Passion for sports (especially soccer) is a strong plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
