What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Flick Law Group, P.L.?
Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer is currently looking for an attorney to join our busy estate planning law firm. Established in 1993, our firm specializes in estate planning, asset protection planning, and business planning.
We are seeking an associate attorney who is passionate about helping families secure their legacies.
Because we prioritize deep client relationships and precise, high-quality work over sheer volume, we do not enforce a monthly minimum billable hour requirement.
Why no billable minimum? We trust our attorneys to manage their tasks professionally. This model allows you to focus entirely on delivering bespoke, thoughtful legal solutions to our clients, rather than racing against a clock. We measure your success by the quality of your work and the satisfaction of our clients, not by hours squeezed out of a day.
- Predictable Hours: Overtime is an exception here, not the expectation. Our team enjoys a genuine 40-hour workweek.
- Proactive legal work: No litigation means no sudden trial prep, no emergency motions, and no adversarial stress.
Candidates should have a strong work ethic, strong drafting skills using software purchased and approved by the Senior Attorney and previously vetted and approved firm documents and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent research and writing, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Salary commensurate with experience.
