Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team in the Bradenton, FL Area. This is an on-site position that involves high volume property leasing efforts, ensuring a positive experience for tenants, and supporting the overall operations of residential or commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include assisting prospective tenants, preparing lease agreements, coordinating property tours, supporting lease administration, and promoting resident retention strategies through excellent customer service and communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in Leases and Lease Administration
- Proven ability to drive Resident Retention through interactions and initiatives
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with residents
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, Knock, EliseAI) and leasing systems is a plus
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or leasing is preferred
