Bilingual-Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining a professional front office environment, coordinating office communications, managing incoming mail and shipments, and providing administrative support.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Greets and welcomes visitors, vendors, applicants, and customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answers and routes incoming phone calls, takes accurate messages, and responds to general inquiries.
• Receives, sorts, and distributes regular mail and packages to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Prepares outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
• Orders and maintains office supplies.
• Supports sample testing with data and information gathering related to items received for testing and enters relevant information into

Salesforce.

• Performs copying, scanning, filing, and other general administrative

duties.

• Maintains a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Receives product samples, photographs them, and forwards the

information to the appropriate Sales Representative.

• Organizes and maintains Bills of Lading (BOLs) in the corresponding

folder.

• Helps IT department with basic workstation set up, including PC’s,

monitors, and related equipment.

• Coordinates and schedules monthly employee birthday celebrations.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:

o High school diploma or GED required.
o Associate degree a plus.

• Specialized Training/Certifications/Licenses:

o None

• Experience:

o Previous receptionist, admin assistant, or customer service
experience a plus

• Knowledge:

o Office equipment (e.g. copiers, scanners, printers, and multi-line
telephone systems).

• Skills:

o Customer Service
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Strong verbal and written communication.
o Attention to Detail
o Organization
o Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Abilities:

o Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English
language.
o Must be able to lift 10 lbs. unassisted.

o Must be able to work on-site.
