Flexx Workforce is hiring a highly experienced Forklift Operator for industrial and shop environments. This is not a warehouse/pallet-moving position — we are looking for operators who are comfortable handling heavy, oversized, and awkward loads.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklift in industrial/shop settings
- Move steel, pipe, and heavy equipment
- Load and unload trucks with precision
- Work alongside welders, fitters, and shop personnel
Requirements:
- Proven forklift experience (industrial or heavy material handling)
- Experience with steel, pipe, or equipment preferred
- Ability to handle large and uneven loads safely
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and safety awareness
