Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder for a travel-based role. This position involves working on-site at various U.S. locations for project-based assignments. The ideal candidate has experience operating robotic welding systems and a strong understanding of automated welding processes, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding equipment
- Load/unload parts, fixtures, and materials
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adjust machine settings and programs to meet production requirements
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals
- Travel to different job sites for assignments lasting several weeks to months
- Experience with robotic welding systems (FANUC, ABB, Motoman, etc.)
- Familiarity with MIG, TIG, or other welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel and work in various industrial environments
- This is a travel position
