We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 5-7 years of hands-on experience leading global technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of transitioning into project management roles. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of global IT infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, track progress, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure alignment with business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5-7 years of experience managing global IT projects, preferably in financial services or related industries.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in:
• Linux and Windows system administration and upgrades
• Citrix administration and upgrades
• Networking (LAN/WAN)
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, VMware Cloud (VMC)
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Experience transitioning workloads to hybrid/public cloud environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
• Experience working in remote and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience in banking, hedge funds, asset management, or investment banking.
• Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
