6 Months contract Possible extension

3 Days onsite and 2 Days remote

Job Summary

ServiceNow Developer with designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform focused on workflow automation, integration, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions according to business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Create and optimize workflows, automating processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across various departments.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems to ensure data consistency and seamless communication between platforms.
• Customize and extend ServiceNow modules, forms, and fields to meet specific business needs, ensuring a tailored user experience.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on workflow automation and integration.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web service protocols.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified Application Developer are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Keen interest in learning and growing within cloud-native technologies
• Collaborative attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Ownership-driven — "see it through” mentality from start to finish.

Education & Certifications Required

Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
