Project Operations Analyst / Collaboration Tools Administrator

Required Qualifications
- Senior candidate with minimum 2–4 years of experience administering Airtable and/or Jira in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Create and maintain integrations between Airtable and Jira, as well as connections to other platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Experience building automations, formulas, and relational structures in Airtable.
- Proficiency in Jira administration: workflow configuration, permission schemes, and board management.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into tool configurations without heavy technical oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira Service Management or Jira Software at the admin level.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or native API integrations.
- Prior experience supporting engineering, product, or operations teams.
- Atlassian certifications or Airtable Builder certification a plus.
