Backend-heavy stack: Java, Spring, Kafka, Cassandra, Postgres, need both SQL and NoSQL DB knowledge. ~90% of the work is backend, 5–10% internal tooling.
E-Commerce or large-scale distributed systems experience is a plus (financial services counts as similar scale).
Experience building Kafka/event-driven workflows is also called out as a plus.
