Position Summary
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Communicate and work with technical teams and peers to ensure internal expectations are relayed and adhere to project scope.
- Communicate project status and escalate issues to the project manager.
- Monitor project plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Utilize project management software to update project status and generate dashboards.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings.
- Create movement forms for warehouses and/OOA Partners for equipment orders.
- Update equipment records information in the database.
- Coordinate tag and takeovers with internal CIT/Service management and/or out-of-area partners.
- Work with FTG partners and/or out-of-area partners to ensure that equipment and technical personnel are effectively coordinated to be on-site for implementation.
- Coordinate warranty swaps to ensure all equipment obligations are achieved for the customer.
- Coordinate Hard Drive shredding and removals.
- Coordinate pick-ups of equipment for lease returns and/or disposals that are part of the existing deal.
- Save all essential deal documentation in document management software.
- Audit all deliverables to confirm full scope completion before project closeout.
- First 2 weeks of employment role will be in office M-F, then hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- 2 years’ experience in order processing.
- Customer-facing experience required.
- Strong customer service skills and experience required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making abilities; ability to anticipate problems and create solutions.
- Capacity to prioritize, manage, and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to understand process dependencies and relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intermediate Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- 3 years’ experience in order processing.
- Industry-related experience preferred.
- Customer-facing experience required.
- Intermediate to advanced Presentation skills preferred.
- Creation of standard customer facing reports and or dashboards.
- Industry-related experience preferred.
- Great understanding of stakeholder management and ownership and applying it in the work context.
The first two weeks of employment will be in-office Monday through Friday. After that, the role will follow a hybrid schedule (three days in-office, two days remote).
