Location: Mesa, AZ (Onsite at HQ)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, In Office
Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour

We’re looking for a Lease Returns & Delivery Coordinator who thrives on organization, enjoys working with others, and takes ownership of timelines from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing order to moving parts, communicating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Lease returns and equipment deliveries are critical moments in the customer lifecycle. In this role, you’ll be at the center of it all—keeping schedules on track, maintaining accurate documentation, and serving as a key point of communication between customers, vendors, financial partners, and internal FTG teams. Your work helps protect customer relationships, ensures compliance, and keeps operations running smoothly across all our locations.
- Coordinate lease return logistics using third‑party carriers or internal transport resources
- Partner directly with clients to gather required information and schedule returns efficiently
- Communicate across departments, financial institutions, carriers, and customers to ensure alignment
- Track equipment status, timelines, and milestones using company systems
- Monitor and follow up with external carriers to maintain shipment visibility and traceability
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation for each lease return
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts or delays and implement solutions quickly
- Keep customers informed of timelines, updates, and next steps
- Create and manage calendar events to support scheduling and team coordination
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to support purchasing items off lease
- Participate in meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, scheduling, customer service, or administrative coordination
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and other Office tools
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with third‑party carriers or transportation providers
- Basic understanding of lease agreements or asset management
- This role is 100% onsite at our Mesa, AZ headquarters, Monday–Friday
- Professional, collaborative office environment with moderate noise levels
- Occasional travel to client sites may be required
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Work Environment
Good working environment with the absence of disagreeable conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Travel to client sites may be required from time to time. Employees will report to our corporate office Monday through Friday.
