Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the production print market
- Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Drive revenue growth by expanding production print solutions within existing accounts
- Develop strategic account plans to exceed sales targets and market share goals
- Collaborate with sales management to forecast pipeline and revenue accurately
Technical Expertise & Solution Design
- Serve as the technical expert for production print hardware, software, and workflow solutions
- Conduct customer needs assessments to recommend tailored production print solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations, print samples, and technical presentations
- Support complex sales engagements by addressing technical, operational, and application requirements
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation
Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Build trusted advisor relationships with print service providers, enterprises, and in-plant print operations
- Educate customers on production print trends, applications, and best practices
- Provide ROI analysis and business justification for proposed solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through post-sale follow-up and ongoing support
Required
- Proven experience in production print sales or related B2B technology sales
- Strong technical understanding of digital production printing systems and workflows
- Demonstrated success generating new business and closing complex sales
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
