Field Water Transfer Operations Specialist

Sunup finds you walking the line—literally. You trace the route of lay‑flat, check pump pressures, confirm hose connections, and prep for a safe startup. You lead or join a quick JSEA, reinforcing HSE expectations, then bring the system online. Through the day, you monitor flow, make on-the-spot lay‑flat repairs, execute poly fusion work as needed, and keep your supervisor looped in on anything that could impact uptime. Before sunset, you support rig‑down or get the spread ready for the next shift and leave the site cleaner than you found it—customers notice, and that’s how relationships grow.

• Operate and oversee water transfer and water management systems in the field
• Independently perform lay‑flat hose repairs and conduct safe, precise pipe/poly fusion
• Champion safe, effective work practices across every task
• Join job walks and offer technical input that improves the accuracy of bids
• Assist with rig‑up/rig‑down and complete thorough site cleanup
• Prepare, stage, and maintain equipment for dependable field service
• Escalate issues or observations promptly to supervisors to protect operational efficiency
• Participate in daily JSEA and model HSE compliance to elevate safety awareness
• Build strong customer rapport by consistently meeting or exceeding service expectations

• Hands-on background in water transfer and water management, including setup, monitoring, and maintenance of pumps, hoses, and related equipment
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–5 years of experience, with demonstrated skill in lay‑flat repair and poly fusion
• Valid Driver’s License

• Travel varies depending on job sites
• Rotating shifts may include nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
• Work outdoors in inclement weather; climb structures; work at heights and within enclosed spaces
• Operate both independently in remote locations and collaboratively within a team
