We're seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join a growing organization where you'll have the opportunity to own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals and growing long-term customer relationships.

You'll have the autonomy to build your book of business while partnering with operational leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


What You'll Do

Own the Full Sales Cycle

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial and industrial customers throughout your assigned territory
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, field prospecting, and community involvement
  • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and implementation
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and CRM management
  • Convert competitor accounts and uncover opportunities within underserved markets


Drive Territory Growth

  • Develop a strategic plan to grow market share and expand revenue within your territory
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding customer operations, challenges, and business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase wallet share within existing accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of customer needs


Build Long-Term Customer Relationships

  • Develop strong partnerships with customers through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Conduct onsite visits to assess customer needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Resolve issues proactively while strengthening customer loyalty and retention


Manage Performance & Pipeline

  • Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage leads, track activity, forecast opportunities, and maintain account visibility
  • Consistently exceed activity metrics, pipeline goals, and revenue targets
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, industry associations, and community functions


What We're Looking For

  • 3 years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills with a hunter mentality
  • Experience managing a sales process from lead generation through close
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and highly driven to succeed
  • Strong organizational skills with experience utilizing CRM tools to manage sales activity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
