Position Overview
The OR-RN Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical and operational functions of the surgery center while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, quality care, and staff performance.
This role is ideal for a confident, collaborative leader who brings both deep perioperative nursing expertise and a strong operational mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for nursing care across all clinical areas
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and administrative leadership to optimize patient care and service delivery
- Oversee daily facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization
- Lead and support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence
- Support staff growth through mentorship, coaching, and ongoing education
- Monitor operational efficiency and contribute to sound fiscal management practices
Required Qualifications
- OR-RN experience is required
- Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical expertise in perioperative services and outpatient surgical operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams in a fast-paced ASC setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and exceptional care
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of ASC operations

Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
