FlexStaff is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our client’s compassionate team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement innovative treatment programs for individuals with acute or chronic disabilities, promoting healing, mobility, and quality of life.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and administer therapies such as hydrotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercises.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and families to optimize care and outcomes.
- Supervise and support PTAs and assistants, ensuring high standards of care across our facilities.
- Maintain accurate, outcome-focused documentation within established timeframes.
- Educate patients and families on follow-up programs and discharge planning.
- Travel to oversee care in healthcare centers, day programs, and residential settings as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelors or higher degree.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in NYS.
- Knowledgeable in PT evaluation, treatment modalities, and mobility devices.
- Excellent communicator with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Physically capable of demonstrating transfers and using mechanical lifts.
