Compensation: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our production team. As a warehouse Associate you will be responsible for operating forklifts and material-handling equipment, inspecting materials and products for quality, supporting assembly projects, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, experience with warehouse systems, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport goods within the warehouse.
• Inspect products and materials for defects and damages to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist the production team on special projects related to assembly and manufacturing.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks, properly stacking and securing materials to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace through daily housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications:

• Forklift operation and certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic math and measurement skills for accurate production tasks.
• Experience with RF scanners for inventory and order tracking.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and depth perception.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels typical of an active production floor.
