Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Job Description:
The Technical Product Manager will lead the planning, development, and delivery of technical products and solutions that align with overall business strategy and customer needs. The role works closely with developers, data scientists, AI engineers, UX/UI teams and other technical leads to define end-to-end system architectures and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to confirm the technical feasibility of product features and maintain architectural alignment.
• Partner with UX/UI specialists to deliver optimal user experience for AI-driven products.
• Define data strategies for gathering, cleaning and managing the data required to train and improve AI models.
• Drive AI model optimisation and continuous tuning to enhance accuracy and client value.
• Monitor AI agent performance, analyse data and customer feedback, and apply findings to product improvements.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and communicate AI capabilities and constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee client onboarding, training and post-launch support, ensuring ongoing feature updates and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to PwC InfoSec policies, data-privacy regulations and other applicable compliance frameworks.
• Promote ethical AI practices, minimising bias and ensuring fairness in decision-making across all AI agents.
Salary : $40 - $45
