Position: Server Administrator - Archiving Specialist
Location: Chicago IL Onsite
Contract
Role Descriptions: Server Administration
· Oversee server components such as WAS, Filenet, Spectrm Protect, and ICC.
· Troubleshoot issues related to file storage area creation and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
· Manage Linux fileserver directories, including adding new folders with appropriate authorization.
· Classical and ILM Archiving
· Activate and deactivate archive infrastructure (AIS).
· Hands-on expertise in Document Archiving and system decommissioning.
· Execute SAP data archiving activities.
· Run catchup archiving for new archive objects as required.
· Manage data archiving incident management and provide resolutions.
· Conduct technical and functional testing for archiving solutions.
· Retention Management
· Expert use of PBS Indexing Tool, TJC ASC Tool, TJC AEC Tool, Serrala AP Automation Tool, and ILM Store.
· Implement ILM legal hold, destruction, and e-discovery processes.
· Strong troubleshooting skills on Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers.
· Experience with additional enterprise archiving or content management tools.
