Fifty-seven percent of our team has an average age of 55yrs. and 43% of our team has an average age of 32yrs.Our modern office features up-to-date technologies and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of sunlight and nature from every desk.Job Description:Plan then execute modifications and improvements to customer-supplied electronic art files for the highest quality narrow-web and wide-web Flexographic print reproductionProficient use of Adobe® Illustrator® (and preferably ESKO Deskpack) with an available seat of ESKO ArtPro Accurately and thoroughly execute from written work instructionsEffectively inspect, catch and correct and learn from your and your Department team members’ oversights or mistakesConstructively collaborate with other Department Operators, our Color Retoucher and our Graphics Project Coordinators to produce optimal color separations for our customersSchedule: 8-hour first-shift, Monday through Friday. Must be able to work overtime as neededRequirements:Your behavior and actions are in alignment with our company’s Core ValuesFlexographic pre-press experience required.
