Job Summary:
"We are seeking a Financial Analyst for a leading non-automotive manufacturing company in Tiffin, OH. This is a Hybrid role (2 days work-from-home) that offers a private office space and a flexible schedule. You will support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis."
Duties:
- Prepare financial reports and statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform Variance Analysis (Actual vs Budget) to help management.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial forecasting.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and distribution efficiency.
- Use Advanced Excel and financial software for data analysis.
Experience (Must-Haves):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (Required).
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar Financial Analyst role.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution sectors.
- Strong skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
