Primary Objectives of Position 

As a Premium Operations Analyst, you will drive operational excellence by providing high-touch, white-glove support for our most complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. Serving as an operations expert, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders while driving operational execution for specialized managed fleet programs. This role requires ownership of complex account management activities including billing support, dispute resolution, inventory visibility, operational escalations, reporting analysis, and coordination of specialized workflows tied to customer-specific requirements. 

You will manage complex documentation, streamline processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, BI, Fleet, Customer Service, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and an elevated customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on balancing customer relationship management with multiple high-priority operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Major Duties & Responsibilities 

Premium Account Operations Support 

• Monitor, update, analyze, and maintain operational reports and performance metrics. 


• Identify GPS, street turn, and operational trends impacting premium customers. 


• Support billing accuracy through data validation and operational updates. 


• Provide insights and reporting support for customer inquiries and operational reviews. 


• Organize and lead customer calls related to reporting, systems, and operational updates. 


• Maintain an understanding of Customer and FlexiVan Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and data flow.

Project Management Support 

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational initiatives and customer needs. 


• Coordinate operational tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and follow-through. 


• Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders. 


• Manage and maintain operational documentation, records, and files.

Data Analysis & Reporting 

• Collect, organize, and maintain operational data to support reporting and analysis. 


• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity. 


• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities. 


• Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and operational performance.

Process Improvement 

• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, efficiency, and customer experience. 


• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs). 


• Participate in process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. 


• Recommend operational enhancements and best practices to improve organizational effectiveness.

Communication & Collaboration 

• Serve as a point of contact for operational matters with internal and external stakeholders. 


• Communicate updates, issues, and resolutions clearly and professionally. 


• Foster strong working relationships across teams to support collaboration and information sharing. 


• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused, and team-oriented environment.

Job Specifications & Requirements 

Educational Requirements: 

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field is preferred. 

Work Experience 

Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in trucking, logistics, or supply. Proven track record managing strategic, high-touch accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder requirements. 

Skills Required: 

• Microsoft Excel – ability to create worksheets, charts/graphs, data tables, pivot tables


• Office 365 suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams


• PowerPoint – ability to create PowerPoint slides, insert graphics/images/shapes, animate slides

Competencies 

• Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 


• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. 


• Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software. 


• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. 


• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. 


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 


• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
