Job Overview
As a Regional Sales Leader with Flexicare, you will be a territory sales representative who is part of a high-performing sales team focused on driving growth across multiple areas of the hospital environment. This includes Anesthesia, Respiratory Therapy, ICU, Pediatrics, and Emergency Services.
In this role, you will call on hospitals within your assigned territory, engaging with key decision-makers such as physicians, respiratory therapists, supply chain, and nursing leaders. You’ll become a trusted clinical partner to your customers introducing Flexicare’s broad portfolio of anesthesia and respiratory products designed to improve patient outcomes and enhance clinical efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive territory and business plan in collaboration with your Regional Sales Leader to maximize market growth and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, department leaders, and key hospital stakeholders.
- Conduct in-person sales calls and clinical presentations to introduce Flexicare’s product lines, demonstrate their benefits, and support adoption of improved therapy approaches.
- Coordinate and manage product evaluations, ensuring proper setup, in-service education, and ongoing post-sale clinical support.
- Protect and grow existing business while generating new opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and opportunity management through consistent use of CRM tools.
- Represent Flexicare at trade shows, conferences, and professional meetings to promote the company’s hospital portfolio and strengthen customer engagement.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds as part of routine equipment setup and demonstrations.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device or hospital market.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large, complex territory effectively.
