Role Description
Flexible Materials Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Professional for our on-site facility in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The Maintenance Professional will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, managing and troubleshooting equipment and machinery, and ensuring the efficient operation of the facility. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential issues, performing necessary repairs, and working collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and productive environment.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in facility maintenance tasks and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a focus on safety protocols
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Basic understanding of operational and safety standards in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training are a plus
- Prior experience in a wood veneer, manufacturing, or similar industrial context is an advantage
