The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree and or an equivalent of five (5) years of experience in Industrial and Construction projects within the regulated industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Shift: First (Monday-Friday) & according to business needs.
- 30hrs. OSHA Certification (General Industry or Construction)
- Experience in:
- Contractors Programs
- Machine Safety - Manufacturing Processes
- Daily Permit
- Reporting
- JHA
- Toolbox meetings

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Provide program level governance support to a variety of Project leaders of management reviews, monitoring of manufacturing activities, developing and presenting performance metrics, developing and delivering safety presentations.
- Proactively engage with Project Directors to forecast programmatic and project level safety risks and work with teams to address emerging risks.
- Assure complies with the national statutory health and safety requirements.
- Where practicable, implement best practice, and lessons learned, across each project.
- Assure that all contractors are implementing our strategy and safe working practices on site.
- Monitors leading and lagging indicators and escalates.
Support incident investigations. - Assist and monitor the development and completion of corrective actions.
Identify and implements safety initiatives.
