Flexible Educators is seeking dependable, enthusiastic, and bilingual Substitute Teachers to support local schools in the Greeley, Colorado, area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and enjoy helping students learn, grow, and succeed.

As a Bilingual Substitute Teacher, you will provide classroom instruction and support when regular teachers are absent. You will help students understand lessons in English and Spanish, assist with daily classroom activities, and create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the regular classroom teacher.
• Provide instructional support in English and Spanish as needed.
• Assist students with assignments, classroom activities, and daily routines.
• Help bilingual students understand lessons and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.
• Take attendance and complete required classroom documentation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff, teachers, and administrators.
• Adapt to different grade levels, subjects, and classroom environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Substitute Teaching Authorization or the ability to obtain the required authorization.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Dependable, patient, flexible, and adaptable.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and onboarding procedures.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and classroom guidelines.
