- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshooting when needed.
- Monitor production to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate from a CNC, machining, or manufacturing technology program.
- Basic understanding of CNC equipment and programming (Haas, Mazak, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
