Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of production process, including computer work, product manufacturing, inspection, and packaging
- Operate within multiple work cells, rotating as needed to meet production demands and maintain workflow efficiency
- Inspect product for quality, accurately record data, and report findings in accordance with company procedures
- Follow standardized work instructions, safety guidelines and quality procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation sheets and on the computer
- Safety Compliance: Consistent adherence to all safety rules and procedures
- Quality Performance: Accuracy in production inspection, documentation and adherence to quality standards.
- Productivity: Ability to meet or exceed production targets and efficiency
- Attendance & Reliability: Consistent, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility & Cross-Training: Willingness and effectiveness in rotating across work cells and learning multiple processes
- Team Contribution: Positive collaboration, communication and support of team goals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong math and reading comprehension
- Ability to retain processes and apply knowledge across multiple production areas.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to attendance
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with others
- Manufacturing/production floor environment with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and moderate noise levels.
- Requires standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
- May involve lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling materials (weight will vary based on role).
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, or hearing protection may be required.
- Temperature may vary depending on production area.
- Work schedule may include shifts, overtime, or weekend hours based on production demands.
