About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A, you will be a key member of the team, collaborating across functional groups to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in analyzing, reporting, and forecasting financial performance, including translating complex business issues into clear, meaningful financial recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Partner with business leaders to drive efficiency and growth through data-driven analysis.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate potential business outcomes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and enterprise-level planning systems.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence; able to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
