What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Manager position at Flexcraft?
Flexcraft is seeking a highly motivated Quality Manager for our BRAND NEW, FULLY AUTOMATED manufacturing facility to support data driven quality control assurance and automated inspection processes in our manufacturing facility. This role is focused on daily quality checks, process compliance, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
What You’ll Do
- Perform and oversee inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Monitor manufacturing processes to identify defects, trends, and quality risks
- Collect and analyze quality data to support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure ISO 9001 and SQF compliance through accurate documentation and routine audits
- Support customer quality issues, investigations, and documentation requests
- Train and guide production employees on inspection methods and quality standards
- Assist with internal, customer, and certification audits
- Support automated inspection and measurement improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing
- Plastic manufacturing experience preferred (blow molding or injection molding a plus)
- Working knowledge of inspection tools, measurement systems, and quality data
- Experience with food safety certification (SQF) and ISO-based quality systems
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working on the production floor

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
