Manufacturing Final Inspection and Packaging Specialist

Your mission

• Scrutinize parts with meticulous care to catch imperfections before packaging.
• Assemble components so they fit and function exactly as intended.
• Package finished goods according to strict SOPs and quality checks.
• Operate production equipment with speed, accuracy, and safety.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and ready for audits.

What sets you up for success

• Minimum 3 years of recent manufacturing or warehouse experience; injection or blow molding exposure is a plus.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to doing it right the first time.
• Curiosity and problem-solving instincts; you learn fast and improve faster.
• Ability to stand 12 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand basic English.

How you'll work

Both Day and Night Shifts Available - 7AM - 7 PM | 7PM - 7AM

Schedule (12-Hour Shifts) The day shift operates on a 2-3-2 schedule, with employees working 12 hours per day. This is a standard day shift only (no rotation), with the same days off and same days worked every biweekly cycle.
