Requirements
- Own a personal quota tied to named strategic enterprise EM/photonics/RF accounts
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery through close
- Build deep relationships with senior engineering leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives
- Establish a data-driven sales culture using KPIs and analytics
- Own the EM-specific GTM strategy for Tidy3D
- Deliver compelling technical-business value propositions for Tidy3D
- 10 years enterprise SaaS/technology/EDA/CAE sales
- Proven success closing large EM, photonics, RF, or semiconductor enterprise deals
- 3-6 years leading or mentoring quota-carrying teams
- Strong understanding of EM simulation concepts
- Highly data-driven with strong forecasting and KPI discipline
- Exceptional communicator with both technical and C-suite audiences
- Personal and team quota attainment

- Pipeline growth and forecast accuracy
- Expansion across semiconductor, AR/VR, photonics, and RF verticals
