Requirements
- Own personal quota for named strategic enterprise CFD accounts
- Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales: discovery, PoC, value quantification, negotiation, and close
- Build deep relationships with CTOs, Chief Engineers, Heads of Aero/Thermal/Structures
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives
- Establish a data‑driven sales culture with rigorous forecasting and KPI accountability
- Define and drive the GTM strategy for Flow360
- Partner with Product, SE, and Marketing to align roadmap and customer needs
- 10 years enterprise software/CAE/engineering/technical sales experience
- 3-6 years leading or mentoring sales teams
- Proven track record closing complex CFD or simulation enterprise deals
- Familiarity with CFD fundamentals, geometry/meshing workflows, and GPU/HPC concepts
- Highly data‑driven operator with strong forecasting and metrics fluency
- Excellent communicator with both technical and C‑suite stakeholders
- Personal and team quota attainment
- Pipeline growth and forecast accuracy
- Strategic wins across aerospace, automotive, robotics, and hardware sectors
- Team productivity and scaling of the Flow360 GTM engine
