Requirements
- Research and identify high-potential target companies
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Engage engineering and simulation stakeholders to schedule discovery meetings
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and event follow-ups
- Track and report KPIs including meetings booked, conversions, and opportunity creation
- Support AEs with research, prep materials, and account insights
- 2-4 years of BDR, SDR, or inside sales experience
- Comfortable speaking with technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Highly data-driven and comfortable working with KPIs
- Growth mindset with ambition to progress into AE roles
- Thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-focused startup environment
