- 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- ASE Master Technician Certification (or equivalent experience; L1 preferred)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and repair gas-powered vehicles across multiple systems
- Familiarity with shop software and the ability to use Excel and diagnostic platforms
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions
