We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vibration Technician to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing, analyzing, and maintaining vibration systems across our manufacturing and engineering operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to continuous improvement and product excellence.
Responsibilities
- Utilize technologies of Vibration, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasound, Motion Amplification, and Laser Alignment tools.
- Execute corrective actions such as laser alignments and fan balances.
- Perform running vibration monitoring of rotating equipment and special diagnostic testing.
- Perform baseline and acceptance testing of new and rebuilt equipment.
- Determine correction methods to improve machine health and reliability.
- Maintain vibration databases, trends, balance data, and history and monthly reports.
- Receive Vibration CAT I and II training along with other certifications.
In the field:
- Collecting data through vibration routes.
- Use various testing methods to troubleshoot bad actors.
- If needed, oversee installations and repairs
Office time:
- Creating reports from analyzed data.
- Work with reliability team to plan downtimes.
- Once proficient, assist in vibration analysis.
- Organize KPI's and work with
- Work closely and professionally with internal team members to find solutions and resolve matters promptly by providing all recipients with up to date and comprehensive data.
- Optimize each workday by utilizing provided resources and communication tools.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned or required.
