Inside Sales Account Manager

Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, is a worldwide systems and mechanical seal manufacturer with facilities in Vermont, New York, Washington, Louisiana, Texas and Brazil. After 40 years, Flexaseal is continuing to grow with sales agents and distributors servicing over 50 countries. We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team!

The Account Manager is responsible for strategically building client relationships that support existing business and foster new business by providing excellent customer service to all recipients in a collaborative, organized, timely and professional manner with an opportunistic, yet business and financially responsible focus.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and maintain relationships with customers, outside sales representatives, and the engineering team
• Strategically building client relationships that support existing business and foster new business by providing excellent customer service to all recipients.
• Attend to customer needs and provide solutions as necessary.
• Provide an in-depth understanding of the customers products.

Qualifications:

• Sales and customer service experience required.
• The ability to handle a variety of projects while maintaining positive relationships and meeting deadlines is crucial.
• Experience with relationship building
• Experience working with manufactured products is preferred.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
