Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary team who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Engineering Intern located in Des Moines, Iowa .

Reporting to the Engineering Manager the Engineering Intern will work as with the team to assists in various tasks and contributing to EP2.

What a typical day looks like:

• Help designated department improve processes.
• Collaborate with team to complete assigned tasks.
• Gain relatable experience.
  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Currently pursuing education in a relatable field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
