Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant in Alaska or eligible for licensure.
- Passion for working with pediatric populations.
- Commitment to supporting children’s social, play, and developmental skills.
- Interest or experience with Dynamic Movement Intervention

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans
- Develop and implement occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities
- Collaborate with team of therapists, other professionals, and families to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Assist in writing grants and other supportive documentation to acquire equipment families
- Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid AK state licensure as an Physical Therapist
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience working in pediatric outpatient setting or school setting
- Previous experience or interest in working with children with multiple disabilities is highly preferred based on the expertise of the current team and the goals for the clinic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages
