STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join the team. Under the general direction of the Shipping Supervisor, the Shipping Associate is responsible for the timely packing and shipping of manufactured pieces. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving in all material that is delivered to the dock.
• Directly assist Shipping with packing tasks, and daily tasks.
• Perform basic daily functions to ensure all materials are received in the system and Receiving/Shipping stays organized.
• Maintaining, recording and reviewing all supplies that are shipped to the dock before receiving in the system.
• Ensuring that all departments get the supplies they ordered.
• Requires unloading and processing deliveries as well as assisting with shipping.
• Keeps work area clean and organized while following company safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time

Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
