We are currently hiring for a Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator for our Fond du Lac office! This is direct hire, offering a full benefit package including health, vision and dental insurance, 401k with company match, paid holidays and paid vacation days!
In this position you would be responsible for recruiting, screening and hiring for a variety of positions in both administrative and manufacturing settings.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates utilizing various resources such as social media platforms and job boards
- Obtain job orders from client companies
- Compose job descriptions including responsibilities and requirements
- Screen potential candidates over the phone
- Interview candidates to determine skills, work history, and employability
- Present qualified candidates to client companies
- Place employees in temporary, temp to hire, and direct placement positions
- Provide specific information to employees regarding detailed job duties, pay rate and expectations on their assignments
- Address any attendance or performance issues with assigned employees
- Other duties as assigned
General Information:
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday- 8:00am-4:00pm
Location: Fond du Lac
