Pay Rate: $20/hour-$26/hour, based on experience

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary approximately 3 months

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Neenah, WI (on-site)

Requirements:

• Must have 6 months HR experience
• Recruiting experience is very highly preferred
• Must have basic Excel doing data entry into spreadsheets
• HRIS system knowledge is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, work independently with strong problem solving skills
• Outgoing, willing to help, can do attitude!

Responsibilities:

• Source and Recruit candidates through various platforms 
• Review resumes and conduct phone screen 
• Schedule interviews for the managers by adding the candidates to the calendar and sending confirmation emails
• Potentially assist with new hire onboarding support, employee maintenance and filing
