Quality Inspector

• $25ph - $28ph
• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 5am - 1pm 
• Overtime available during the week and occasional Saturdays
• Manitowoc, WI 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. This role will focus on inspecting electrical components and assemblies, while also supporting general quality inspections across production when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone with electrical and manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Inspection:

• Perform visual and functional inspections of electrical components and assemblies
• Verify operation of outlets, lighting, and other electrical features
• Check torque and conduit markings and apply inspection indicators as needed
• Conduct basic electrical testing (continuity, insulation, polarity, etc.)
• Document inspection results, test data, and any non-conformances
• Identify and report defects or deviations to appropriate team members

General Quality Control:

• Support inspections in welding, assembly, paint, and other production areas
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to address quality issues
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Follow drawings, SOPs, and quality standards
• Maintain inspection tools and equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or electrical training preferred
• Experience in electrical inspection, assembly, or testing
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams or schematics
• Familiarity with electrical testing tools (multimeter, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and across multiple departments

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection ability
