Job Title: Production Associate - Screen Printing
Pay Rate: $14.00/hr.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:30am-3:30pm, Friday 6:30am-12:30pm
Length: Temp to Hire
Location: Oshkosh
Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time
- Excellent counting skills
- Working at a fast pace
- Comfortable using pallet jacks
- Lifting boxes weighing 40lbs
Responsibilities:
- Catch shirts as they exit the dryer and maintain pace with production speed
- Perform quick visual quality checks for print or garment flaws
- Count, fold, stack, and organize garments by size, color, and purchase order
- Pack garments into boxes and move finished products to designated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Communicate clearly with press operators and supervisors
- Clean ink from screens with a power washer
- Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
