Pay Rate: $18/hour with opportunity to increase to $19/hour at time of hire
Hours: Full time, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Length: Temporary to Hire
Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Member Services)
Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)
Requirements:
- Customer service experience in an office/business setting
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Desire to build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Conservative Values
Responsibilities:
- Clerical support including reception, data entry, filing, correspondence, bank deposits, billing, distributing mail and create reports
- Answer inbound and identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research any issues and provide solutions
- Upsell/suggest products when opportunities arise
- Keep records of all conversations into the database
