Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour base commission
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday
Length: Temporary to hire
Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service/sales skills
- Comfortable working on the phone all day
- Goal orientated and driven to close the sale
- Strong negotiation, critical thinking skill and decision-making skills
- Work within Excel spreadsheets and comfortable learning new software
- 30 words per minute typing speed
Responsibilities:
- Call prospective customers to build your book of business
- Generate business leads
- Manage existing shipper relationships
- Rate negotiation
- Track booked freight
- Keep up to date on current market conditions
