What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Processing Operator position at Flex-Staff?
Job Title: Food Processing Operator
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm. Must be flexible when needed for overtime, 6:00am-4:00pm.
Length: Temp to Hire
Location: Neenah
Requirements:
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Lift up to 55lbs on a regular basis
- Detail oriented
- Ability to understand, read/write fluent English
- Good attendance and punctuality
Responsibilities:
- Mix and cook product according to instructions
- Use power tools to seal cylinders and prevent air leaks
- Move cooled cylinders to the transfer area
- Open cylinders and empty product into a large container
- Move product to packaging area
