Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Operator Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr. to $26.00/hr. based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Length: Temp to Hire
Location: Fond du Lac
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNC machine experience preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges preferred
- High attention to detail
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operator CNC machines according to production specifications and work instructions
- Load raw materials and monitor machine
- Make adjustments to the machine along with tooling changes as needed
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
- Read blueprints
- Troubleshoot machine
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine upkeep
