What are the responsibilities and job description for the Processing & Packaging Associate position at Flex-Staff?
Job Title: Processing & Packaging Associate
Pay Rate: $15.00
Hours: 6:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday. Full Time preferred, but could consider part time.
Requirements:
- Good hand dexterity required
- Attention to detail is a must
- Required to wear gloves to protect the product, when necessary
Responsibilities:
- Taking product and peeling the backing off one by one
- Inspecting product for any defects
- Stacking product on top of one another
- Placing product individually on the conveyor belt
- Counting product per order
- Placing a piece of cardboard on the bottom and a cover sheet on top of the product
- Will send product through shrink wrap machine to be sealed
- Packaging product into boxes or stacked onto pallets
- Light cleaning, prepping and stocking department supplies as scheduled or needed
